Rental Period and Occupancy
Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late Departure times are available, subject to availability, additional charges may apply. The two people per bedroom may only occupy the property. It may be necessary for staff of D&F Orlando Management Services, to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.
Full payment for rental will be made no later then 8 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Upon arrival at IPG Office, a credit card number must be given to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged to cover extra accommodation costs, loss or damage to the rental property in excess of normal wear and tear during the period of rental. Guests will be notified within 30 days of any charges made to the card. The property should be left clean and undamaged. If the property is not left in a suitable condition, it may be necessary to charge the security deposit for costs to cover extra cleaning.
The Owners or HAPI Management accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property, or after departure. Parents must at all times, supervise children when using pool facilities and the facilities of the development. The home owner or HAPI Management accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property, After notification of equipment failure, HAPI Management will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.
